Rodriguez joins AstroTurf after holding multiple creative roles at Mohawk Industries, where he most recently served as a Senior Brand Specialist. In this position, he played a key part in enhancing the company’s digital presence, improving the website’s structure, collaborating with various teams to refine the user experience, and implementing SEO best practices, which resulted in increased traffic and a more user-friendly website. Prior to that, he worked as a Creative Designer, guiding the visual direction of brand campaigns. He translated concepts into compelling designs that elevated brand recognition and resonated with target audiences across both digital and print platforms.

His extensive background in Adobe Creative Suite, copywriting, and marketing strategy—paired with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a track record of campus leadership—makes him a valuable asset to the AstroTurf brand. In his new role, Rodriguez will manage key marketing deliverables, streamline project execution across departments, and contribute to the continued elevation of AstroTurf’s visual identity and voice.
